Bristol Laboratories Ltd are voluntarily recalling the above products. The tablets are peach coloured and packaged in a pink carton. The product complies with the granted product licence but not with the voluntary code of practice for Warfarin 1mg tablets with brown tablets in cartons with brown identifiers.
Recipients are requested to quarantine any remaining stock and return it to their supplier for credit.
