Electronic Yellow Card Reporting - Questionnaire

Thank you for submitting a suspected adverse drug reaction report using the electronic Yellow Card. The Committee on Safety of Medicines (CSM) and MHRA (Medicines) are currently conducting a brief survey of opinions on the new electronic Yellow Card in order to make informed decisions about future developments of the Card.
