All herbal safety warnings and alerts

On 9 December 2011 a safety update was released by the MHRA entitled ‘FSC Black Cohosh product withdrawal from market’ in which it was incorrectly recorded that Cambridge Commodities Ltd is a manufacturer of FSC Black Cohosh 1000 mg.
The MHRA acknowledges that Cambridge Commodities Ltd do not manufacture and have never manufactured any herbal product and in particular FSC Black Cohosh 1000 mg.
The MHRA have apologised to Cambridge Commodities Ltd for this error. The safety alert has been revised to remove any reference to Cambridge Commodities Ltd.
