| Problem: MHRA and Ferno (UK) Ltd are aware of several incidents involving weld failure of the foot end lock bracket of Falcon Six and Hawk Six ambulance stretcher trolleys. The manufacturer has designed a strengthening bracket for the affected weld, which is to be fitted to all implicated stretcher trolleys. A customer advisory notice warning users about this problem has been issued, but not all of the affected devices have been traced. The manufacturer’s customer advisory notice is appended to this alert. |
