Splitting along the black line can occur because of a manufacturing error leading to a loss of suction. Therefore, specific boxes of suction tubing from the batch 0606120 have been recalled. This alert is to reinforce the action being undertaken by NHS Supply Chain (previously NHS Logistics) recall reference number 13.

  • Check for and isolate any of the affected batch with box numbers 189 to 252.
  • Contact your local NHS supply chain customer service department to arrange for return and replacement of any of the above product.
