PROBLEM:
Lot number 3055625 has been manufacturered with blocked oxygen ports.
Intersurgical has initiated a recall

All those who purchase and use oxygen masks.		  

ACTION:

  • Identify all devices of the above model and lot number.
  • Destroy the affected devices.
  • Request replacements from Intersurgical.
