PROBLEM:
Some batches of Drug Tariff Specification 10 (SP10) dressing packs intended for community use have not been adequately sterilized and may present a risk of infection if used.

ACTION BY:
All those involved in the use, supply and/or distribution of the dressing packs.
 

ACTION:

  • Check stocks of Drug Tariff Specification 10 SP10) dressing packs supplied by Waymade Healthcare Plc and Unichem Plc.
  • Remove those with the batch numbers listed overleaf and return them to the supplier.
