Chatfield Pharmaceuticals Ltd are recalling any remaining stock of the above products due to multiple GMP failures at their contract manufacturer. We understand this stock has only been supplied in packs of 28 tablets.
Recipients are requested to quarantine any remaining stock and return it to their supplier for credit.
