Genus Pharmaceuticals Limited have informed the MHRA that in a very small number of cases, blisters containing Tensipine MR 10mg from batch 28003 have inadvertently been packed in 20mg cartons. The affected 20mg cartons bear the same batch number, 28003.

Pharmacists are asked to check the batch numbers of stocks of Tensipine MR 20mg. Any cartons embossed with the batch number 28003 should be quarantined and returned via the original supplier for credit.

Please note that cartons of Tensipine MR 10mg with the same lot number (28003) are not included in this recall and should not be returned.
