This consultation sought your views on two sets of proposals.  

The first proposals are for amendments to the range of medicines which can be sold, supplied or administered by podiatrists.  The second are to revoke the exemption from licensing requirements for unlicensed herbal remedies supplied under Section 12(2) of the Medicines Act 1968.
