The attached consultation sought views from our stakeholders on how we should respond to the key challenges and priorities for the coming years. Also attached is the publication “Medicines and Medical Devices Regulation – What you Need to Know” which includes a full explanation of what we do and how we do it. When launching the consultation, Kent Woods, Chief Executive of the MHRA, said “As the Agency develops its strategy for its second five years, we need to gather the ideas and perceptions of the widest possible range of stakeholders. The closing date for comments was 2 November 2007.
