Advertising complaint - Bayer Disease Awareness website for Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome - April 2010

Please note: In October and November 2010, the MHRA moved from its Market Towers address to a new location on Buckingham Palace Road. Please go to the contact us section of the website for updated contact details.

A website produced by Bayer aimed at the public was brought to the attention of the MHRA. Concerns were raised that the website exaggerated the impact and prevalence of testosterone deficiency syndrome and promoted the use of testosterone replacement therapy to the public.

The MHRA upheld the complaint. Bayer agreed to amend the website.
