A member of the public complained to the MHRA about an advertisement on the blog section of the Napiers website. The complainant was concerned that complimentary bottles of homeopathic Arnica were distributed at a homeopathic workshop for families in January 2009. The MHRA did not uphold the complaint.
The product offered did not appear to be a registered homeopathic medicinal product; the restriction on the distribution of free samples therefore did not apply.
