Boots Pharmacy complained to the MHRA about the Chemist Direct website for consumers, during February 2008. The complainant was concerned that the website did not contain a prominent warning to always read the label on the pages advertising medicines.
The MHRA upheld the complaint. Chemist Direct agreed to amend their website to include this information in the main part of the text.
