Please email conferences@mhra.gsi.gov.uk or phone +44(0)20 3080 6903 for information on availability. If an event is fully booked we will inform you and your name will be added to a waiting list for a cancellation or subsequent event.
2. What if I have to cancel my registration?
Over 21 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee of £50 will be charged. Twenty-one days or less prior to the event, the full registration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be in writing.
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Written confirmation is needed for all withdrawn bookings. If a suitable substitute cannot be found, cancellation charges will apply. For full terms and conditions please see the register for an event section.
3. How can I be sure MHRA Conferences received my registration?
You will receive an automatic acknowledgement that the details of your registration have been received by the MHRA. Your place will only be confirmed on receipt of your payment. On making your payment by credit/debit card you will also get an email from shopper@rbsworldpay.com which will formally confirm your place. If you have any difficulties registering please contact us either by email conferences@mhra.gsi.gov.uk or phone +44(0)20 3080 6903.
4. Can I register at the venue?
Sorry, on-site registration is not possible. Please register prior to the event to avoid disappointment.
5. I have registered late for this event, how do I make payment?
You must have a credit or debit card to use our online registration form. Please contact mhraconferences@mhra.gsi.gov.uk or 020 3080 6903 should you have any difficulties.
6. Does the MHRA provide conference documentation from events for those who can't attend?
Yes, MHRA are able to provide online access to conference documentation. The cost of this is £175 per event. Please see the conference documentation tab for further details and information on how to order. Alternatively email conferences@mhra.gsi.gov.uk or telephone 020 3080 6903 for further information.
7. Can I be placed onto a mailing list to obtain information on forthcoming events and exhibitions that the MHRA are involved in?
Yes, if you wish to be recieve information about our forthcoming events and exhibitions, please subscribe to our email alerting service.
8. Where can I get more information about the conference programme?
You can find a breakdown of event activities and session streams on the homepage of this website. This page will be updated as events develop and speakers are confirmed, so check back regularly.
