Here you will find a copy of the original request (or the text of the request) accompanied by the MHRA’s covering reply. No documents or supporting data referred to in the covering reply are automatically included, because this material is often voluminous, or is not currently held in electronic format.

However, any such material referred to in the Agency’s reply will be provided upon request. Rarely, the volume of documentation involved may make electronic scanning impractical and the Agency can provide the information only in a hard copy format. This document lists all FOI requests which have been answered in full, or in part, as a result of requests made to the MHRA under the Act. It is in the form of a downloadable, and fully searchable PDF file. Using the search facility, you may specify a word or words, and entries containing these will then be listed on the right hand side of the document. Following these links will reveal the FOI reference number, the subject summary, and the date of answer. This will help you to see whether or not your question has already been addressed by the Agency, in which case it should be accessible within our FOI disclosure log.
